Magus Creative Games: Services

Magus Creative Games provides services related to many aspects of role-playing games (RPGs). If you have an interest that is not indicated below, feel free to e-mail your question to magus@mcgames.com anyway. There is no obligation involved in submitting a request.

We work in any (published) game system, any genre, and any premise you can imagine. If somebody comes up with something we don't think we can handle, we'll let you know. We'll even work with an unpublished game system or house rules if you give us a copy.

Pricing Policy

Any fees for these services will be negotiated based on the nature and amount of work required. Some services are actually free of charge, at least the first few times you take advantage of them. There is no obligation inherent in submitting a question or request. You are at no risk here.

If you agree to a quoted price for the service, the service will be rendered before payment is received. If you are not satisfied, no payment is required until we manage to satisfy you. Custom game products may require a non-refundable pre-payment for materials.

Of course, Magus Creative Games reserves the right to refuse any requested service for any reason.

Character Consultation

Sometimes it's hard to come up with a character that is truly new and unique. Perhaps you want a character that really feels real. We can help you with your character concept, personality, family, history, quirks, or description.

Are you looking for interesting NPCs for the game you run? We can provide names, motivations, and habits to make your NPC really come to life.

World Development

Are all your cities starting to look alike? We can help you to give your game world purpose and individuality. From a distinctive tavern to a foreign planet's political, social, and economic systems, we can provide the details that make your game vivid.

Game Systems / Instructions

Do you like the look of the latest game system, but can't quite figure out how to make it work? We can help you understand it.

Do you know what you are looking for in a game, but unsure where to find it? We can point you toward the game that best meets your needs.

Does a game look tempting, but you're afraid to spend the money? We can give you its strengths and weaknesses in a nutshell before you invest the bucks.

Do you like the game you play, but want to make it perfect? We can help you to modify the rules yet maintain the game's integrity and balance.
